Playing didgeridoo as adjunctive for sleep apnea/UARS? - JoeyWallaby - 11-30-2019 One study found playing didgeridoo helped, one study found playing a double reed instrument was associated with lower risk and one study found playing wind instruments was not associated with risk for sleep apnea/UARS. Has anybody tried playing the didgeridoo to help with sleep apnea/UARS? RE: Playing didgeridoo as adjunctive for sleep apnea/UARS? - 70sSanO - 11-30-2019 Never played a didgeridoo. I know playing the ukulele doesn’t seem to help. I think the didgeridoo study was discussed years ago. The exercises definitely do help. RE: Playing didgeridoo as adjunctive for sleep apnea/UARS? - JoeyWallaby - 11-30-2019 (11-30-2019, 11:17 AM)70sSanO Wrote: Never played a didgeridoo.
