ResScan will run on a Windows Virtual Machine.
I don't have an iPad so I don't know what it can do, but my Mac Mini is running ResScan on a Virtual Machine imported into Parallels. Maybe the iPad could do the same?
(I bought Parallels and installed it on my Mac Mini, and then I "imported" a Windows operating system from an old computer I had.)
