I incorrectly adjusted the start time of an Oximetry file by about 2 minutes.
Is it possible to fix this mistake?
Can I delete the SpO2 file and re-import it with the correct time adjustment?

You can delete any day of data in OSCAR and then re-import. This will involve both CPAP and oximeter data. Just use the menu option: Data/Advanced/Purge Current Selected Day.
