Coughing When Not Using CPAP - ramphil2019 - 03-12-2020

I am not sick or anything, but I noticed that during the day when I am not using CPAP, I have a tendency to cough but not really cough. But when I am using the CPAP machine at night, this feeling of wanting to cough goes away and I have a good night's sleep.

Are my lungs adapting to air pressure being pumped as "the new normal"? I have no allergies and taking no medications. Any ideas?

Sometimes, using too much humidity can cause a congested feeling in the morning feeling like you need to clear your throat or cough. Just a thought...
