Oscar reporting questions Daily vs Statistics Oximetry - snowydon - 06-08-2020
Question on reporting of oximetry numbers in OSCAR. If I just look at pulse ox (CMS50), i.e. turn off the CPAP sessions, I see on the Daily->Details numbers like this:

Channel Min Med 95% Max
Pulse Rate 49.00 55.00 62.00 199.00
SpO2 90.00 93.00 95.00 98.00
Oximeter Information
Contec CMS50F
SpO2 Desaturations: 156 (23.47%)
Pulse Change events: 42 (0.94%)

When I go to the Statistics tab, I see data like this:

Average SpO2 % 93.01
Min SpO2 % 90.00
SpO2 Drop Index 18.58
% of time in SpO2 Drop 23.47%
Average Pulse Rate 55.99
Min Pulse Rate 49.00
Max Pulse Rate 199.00
Pulse Change Index 5.00
How do I relate the data from the daily page, i.e Desat against the Statistics page?

I'm also interested in a breakdown of what these statistics mean, and what the Automatic Oximetry Cleanup function does please.
