Is there any way to export data from OSCAR back to your SD card on your CPAP machine?

I don't know, but I think not. The data on the SD card is used to confirm compliance for insurance purposes. So having the ability to alter it in any way would open the door for fraud.

You can copy the daily data files back. The problem is there are three or four files that are updated or appended to after each session. You can't roll those back.
