I just soak the ClimateLine hose in hot water and Dawn dish soap. Let it in the water for a few minutes, then rinse and hang to dry. I would do this weekly.

I purchased a cpap hose cleaner from an Alberta company.  It's kind of neat.  Assembled it looks kind of like a fishing rod, with some soft cloths at the end.  I don't think they are on the supplier list.  I don't remember if I can say their name but if you're interested PM me and I will give you the name.

It's ok to say the name. Smile

That does look like a fishing rod crossed with firearm cleaning rods.

I have a brush for mine, although it's not as long as the hose itself. I do what Dave does as well.
