CMS50D+ SPO2% & Pluse rate PLOTS DISABLED - richard.terry.jr - 08-19-2020 Hi Summary of my OSCAR Oximeter Information Question: I use the CMS50D+ for daytime monitoring of my SPO2%/Pulse rate during exercise, and normal daily activities. I want to import it into a separate profile only for the CMS50+ data. I want to keep my CPAP sleep data separate from my CMS50+data. But, I want my daytime CMS50+ data accessible from OSCAR so I have a single repository for my SPO2%/Pulse rate data. My CPAP SP02%/Pulse Rate data is on a separate OSCAR profile (using a Resmed Oximeter Module, Nonin XPOD 3012 LP, and Nonin compatible 8000 finger sensor) with my SPO2%/Pulse rate sleep data automatically imported into OSCAR with the Resmed data on my SD card. THANK YOU OSCAR team for supporting this import and display of my nighttime SPO2%/Pulse rate data! I want to keep nighttime SPO2%/Pulse rate data separate from my daytime SP02%/Pluse rate data that I collect using the CMS50D+. I can successfully import the CMS50D+ data into OSCAR profile specific for the CMS50+ data. But I can't consistently get the SPO2% and Pulse Rate Plots to display. On Aug 17th my SPO2% and Pulse Rate Plots did successfully display but on Aub 18th they did not. So my question and request for help from the OSCAR experts is why did on Aug 17th my SPO2% and Pulse Rate Plots did successfully display but on Aug 18th they did not. The details are provided below. My SW environment is: OSCAR 1.1.1+2d69049c Windows 10 Home CMS 50D+ Oximeter Import Wizard Importer using CMS50D+ V4.6 option Here is the successfuly import dialog I get: Scanning for compatible oximeters Connecting to 50D(A)+ Oximeter Waiting for the device to start the upload process... Please wait until oximeter upload process completes. Do not unplug your oximeter. Oximeter import completed.. Afterwards I enter the Date and Time. When I open my profile specific to my CMS50D+ daytime SPO2%/Pulse rate data, I can see the Oximeter Summary Data in OSCAR but the Daily View but where the plots should be that "PLOTS DISABLED". I want to see the detailed PLOTS in the Oscar Daily view. I cannot see the SP02/Pulse Plots for my CMS50D+ data. That being said, I did successfuly get the Plot data for one date/daily import, but I can't repeat it again. So, I know it will work and allow me to see the CMS50D+ SP02% and Pulse Rate Plots without my CPAP data. but don't know how to consistently make it work. Here's what I see in the Oscar Daily View for Aug 18th. Moderator's Note: Graphic images can not be hosted from a personal computer. RE: CMS50D+ SPO2% & Pluse rate PLOTS DISABLED - staceyburke - 08-19-2020 I have a cms o2 monitor and it is my understanding that you can only download into an Oscar sleep report. This is not a program or site for the cms that company does supply a program to view all recorded o2 results. Again this site is for sleep apnea not o2 monitoring. RE: CMS50D+ SPO2% & Pluse rate PLOTS DISABLED - richard.terry.jr - 08-19-2020 I fully understand and respect your view. The reason I want to consolidate my SP02% and Pulse rate data for both my sleep data and for my non-sleep data is to compare at different times of day to see what is my baseline awake vs sleeping. But that being said, based upon what you have said about OSCAR and the form - I would appreciate if the administrator can delete my post. I want to respect the purpose of OSCAR and the Forum. It was not my intention to take other's time without cause. For what it's worth the CONTEC SPO2 Assistant program that I believe you were refering is very difficult to understand and use. But please, I am requesting that the administrator, delete my post and replay. Thank you. RE: CMS50D+ SPO2% & Pluse rate PLOTS DISABLED - Crimson Nape - 08-19-2020 Resmed's use a noon to noon 24-hour day. Could the time you are inputting occur near this break? You might try importing the SpO2 Assistant's ".spO2" file in lieu of a direct import. Remember to purge the oximetry data for the selected day before trying to import it again. OSCAR should be importing your SpO2 data even if you don't have CPAP data for that day. If that's not working, there's something wrong. (Older versions of OSCAR were a bit more limited in this regard.) It's possible there's a bug in the OSCAR importer on CMS50D+ firmware 4.6, but that doesn't sound like what's going on here. It's more likely that there's a cache-related bug in OSCAR that's causing your new session to be ignored. Try importing again tomorrow, and see if that fixes it. On Aug 17th my SPO2% and Pulse Rate Plots did successfully display but on Aub 18th they did not. That should certainly work. I've just done some testing importing CMS50F data into a new profile, from a data file created by SpO2 assistant. The main problem was that the Daily page did not move to the correct date automatically when I imported another day. I import a data file rather than directly from the CMS50F because I have experienced some data problems with direct import. Could you attach a screenshot of the day showing disabled plots? Thanks. |
