The 90% or 95% value is the data value for which 90% of the data is AT or BELOW the value and 10% of the data is AT or ABOVE the value.
In other words, you are at a particular pressure for 90% of the time or below.

So would the particular pressure be the average pressure on Oscar , or would it be one of the min. pressure (9) or max. pressure (15) set on the cpap ?

Look at your 90% pressure reading and set your minimum to 2cm below that and set your maximum 2 cm above the 90% reading. This is just a general setting and would be adjusted accordingly.
Of course you could post a chart and we could better tell what is going on.

Your statistics look good. Your pressure settings are about where they should be. Are you using EPR? Set it to 2 and see how that feels.

EPR is off , tried it for 5 days in January and turned it off.
