Oscar won't open - douganderson - 04-22-2021
I have Oscar installed, and the last time I downloaded my data it was working fine. Today, I started Oscar and it didn't open. It was showing on my program bar and when I hovered over it I could see the Opening window but when I click on it, it disappears. I tried the Registry patch but that didn't do anything. I'm using Window 10 and I think it went through a major update about a week ago.
