Weird expiratory pattern - rafaaa - 05-05-2021

Has anyone an idea of what this is ?

I am on IPAP 13.2, EPAP 7.2, never encountered this in a while.

Could try upping EPAP a bit, but it's weird that this appeared. Maybe since allergies. Could be a swollen palate ?

Thanks for the help

I think this would be easier to judge in the context of your overall efficacy and comfort. A complete Oscar chart would give us information like tidal volume, respiration rate, minute vent and of course AHI and settings. You are currently using pressure support at 6.0, and it appears that your exhale occurs relatively quickly, resulting in longer inspiratory time than exhale. this suggests some flow limitation, but it is not really reflected in the inspiration wave. Without more information, I won't speculate on settings.
