DreamStation Performance check - yogemeister - 05-13-2021
I have been using my CPAP on and off for over three years and recently giving it another try. This time I'm going all in by adjusting modes and pressures. This forum has been instrumental in helping understand the machine (thanks to all who provide this knowledge). However, I performed a performance check on the PR DreamStation Auto BiPAP 700x110 machine and got the following codes:
A 493.0690.3407.5136.6485
B 471.2296.8242.0184.1502
C 473.9287.5993.8617.0855
D 110.4750.4869.1114.0962
E 464.0192.9473.1122.0855
I called my device provider and they want me to bring the machine in to diagnose. They said they couldn't check/help over the phone. I saw that others on the forum were able to check the codes using Encore. I tried but could not download the software. Hope someone here can help. Don't want to take an hour ride to bring device in only to learn it's a simple fix.

The performance codes check means absolutely nothing it just provides a means of getting the settings, last sleep data etc without having the SD card from the machine it does not mean anything is wrong with your machine.
It only provides the same information you can get from LCD of the machine. I have run it for you but you can see it means nothing.
