2 months in on CPAP therapy - any adjustments needed? - ravp - 06-17-2021 Hey everyone. I start my CPAP therapy on April 15 and it has been just over 2 months now that I have been using my ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her. For some context, I got diagnosed with REM related OSA (overall AHI of 2.5 and REM AHI of 17.9). I think there has been a difference in my sleep quality since I started and I definitely need less than 9 hours of sleep but for the most part I'm still waking up at around 4-5 times overnight. Can someone take a look at my report and suggest any changes I should make? Thank you in advance! RE: 2 months in on CPAP therapy - any adjustments needed? - Crimson Nape - 06-17-2021 I would suggest that each time you are awoken, turn off your CPAP and then back on. This will add a "bookmark" to your sleep data, so we can see what was taking place before your arousal. RE: 2 months in on CPAP therapy - any adjustments needed? - ravp - 06-17-2021 I'll try that out! |
