Can someone point me to mask that is similar to the Philips Dreamwear Nasal mask, that doesn't have that annoying jet of air that comes out of the front? This really bugs the crap out of me and my wife. Thanks.

The Resmed n30i has a diffuser
Supplier #29 has them for $64 free shipping
Make sure you get the right fit pack. Because the sizes aren’t an exact match.

P30i also seems to have diffuser. Will it be more quiet then dreamwear?
Since the connection looks the same I wonder if p30i cushions will fit Dreamwear frame…

The P30i cushions will not fit the DreamWear frame.
They will fit the N30i frame.
I suggest you try the p30i, its style is identical to the DreamWear Nasal frame. Like the DreamWear, it has a top connect with venting at the top, and venting at the nasal piece. The nasal pillows are heavily diffused, so much so, that you need to put your hands right up to them to tell that it's even blowing.
The N30i cushion is right in the middle of a design change. They have changed the nasal cushion from a hard plastic to entirely silicone, except for the small plastic diffuser (just like the P30i).
The original, while diffused, is not nearly as diffused as the newer design. So ordering one now, you don't know which you'll be getting.
But the N30i original, N30i new design and P30i are all interchangeable.
BTW - if you have the DreamWear strap with Arms, keep it, that strap does fit the N30i/P30i frame and stops the strap from sliding up.

Right sorry I thought you were asking did they fit the p30i frame. ResMed cushions won’t fit Phillips frame

The all silicone cushions for the n30i is already done. I just ordered one from Supplier #29 and got the new all silicone mask and cushions.
