Old Machine data on SD card - GrandpaSteve - 08-03-2021
Hi Team! This is my first post. My DME Supplier sent me a used SD card for my Airsense 10. That is not a problem, they didn't charge me for it. The card carries my data just fine, but there are two Philips Respironics machines registered on the card as well. This confuses the receptionist at my sleeep doctor's office. I am wondering which files to delete from the SD card to just show my machine. The previous user's data is not on the card, that was erased, the machines show up in OSCAR though.

Delete the P-Series folder on the SD-Card.
Then, in OSCAR, Data/Advanced/Purge ALL Machine Data to get rid of the Philips machines in your profile.
