Inexplicable reset with oscar- need help - goodn - 08-04-2021

I have been using Oscar for years now and have avidly followed my statistics. However, today when I put my sim card in from my ResMed air sense 10, the history on oscar completely changed (for the worse). It no longer reflects what I have seen for the past months nor reflects what is present and measured on the ResMed app.

Why is this occur? How do I correct it?

We could use a little more information. OSCAR version, Operating System, screenshots of the discrepancy would really help.

OSCAR 1.1.0+e4d5a0d8
MAC Big Sur 11.4
not sure what screenshots to send you- the latest erased all my data and replaced it with seemingly random data that does not correlate with the past few months/years for with the ResMed app data- you want a picture of the new data?

Please upgrade to the latest version of OSCAR v.1.2.0, first.   See if that corrects your problem.

Before you do the upgrade, please go to Help->Troubleshooting->System Information and tell us what it reports. I'm particularly interested in what it reports for Data Directory. And what is in that directory.
