Hi,
I use Oscar and will get a new CPAP soon. I had the ResMed S9 and will get ResMed Airsens 10 Autosense. Should i create a new profile or just edit the old one?

Since you will be replacing CPAPs within the same manufacturer, you can use your existing profile. The AS10 will add a RERA parameter to the reporting.
