One more iteration on Auto ASV settings - WayTooTired - 08-11-2021

Dave and SleepRider provided input on 10 Aug to enable me to make an initial pass at reconfiguring the settings on my AirCurve 10 ASV running in ASV Auto mode.

The following screenshots from last night are attached 1) OSCAR output for the entire night, 2) OSCAR output from a representative hypopnea and 3) Pulse Ox data from my Nonin 7500.  The red x's in the Pulse Ox data represent approximate times when I was awake and ASV was not in use.

Auto ASV settings were - Min EPAP:6, Max EPAP:10, PS Min:3, PS Max 10. 2 lpm supplemental O2 was also used.

As seen in the data I was up multiple times during the night and the hypopneas appeared to be limited to startup.

The settings above are a definite improvement over prior settings assessed.  Any recommendations on how I can further tweak the settings to home in on a good night sleep?

Thanks,

Don

I think you need to give this a few days before drawing conclusions. At this point, I'm mostly concerned that you feel comfortable with therapy and work through the sleep fragmentation.

I can only say ditto. Sleep fragmentation will kill good therapy.
