Mac OS Software Issues - Lee Goldberg - 09-03-2021 So I have installed the software on my MacMini. In the "Daily" window I get the summary but not the graphical data. Everything else seems to work. RE: Mac OS Software Issues - pholynyk - 09-03-2021 Two possibilities come to mind: 1. - You have a ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP, which doesn't save any detailed data. Look in the bottom right, beside the humidifier tank, to see the model name. 2. - You have an Elite, Autoset or Autoset for Her, and put the SD card in your machine in the morning after you woke up. The machine writes the detailed data during the sleep sessions. It doesn't save the detailed data internally. Leave the SD card in the machine all the time, unless you are importing its data. I deleted everything and reinstalled the the program and presto, it's all good. |
