Airfit N30I Cushion Repairable? - Greg Schultz - 09-19-2021
About half of the pliable part of the cushion has detached, for reasons I don't understand. No tears or other damage to the soft part. I can see no signs of any type of adhesive. There are molded grooves in the edge of the soft part, but I can't get them re-attached. .
Has anyone done this fix? Thanks for any info.

I'm pretty sure the N30i cushions were more or less one piece with no replaceable segments other than the whole cushion and its frame. This is not the mask frame.

You can try gluing.

If you attempt to glue it, be aware that you will be inhaling whatever solvents are in that glue, even after it's dried. Unfortunately, I've not handled that particular mask, so I can't really add anything specifically about it.

You should just get a new one or two.
