Noise coming from resmed f20 airtouch elbow and machine - barberjp - 12-18-2021 Good day good people I have been having a problem with noise coming out from the elbow/connector and from my Bipap Resmed Air Curve 10 machine using a f20 airtouch mask. I have been using this machine and this mask for more than a yea. I think it all started when I increased the humidity and my doc increased the pressure from 5 to 9-14, now back to 7-14. After many nights of trying to find a solution, I figured out that the problem was with the connector/elbow. I got a new one and it helped for a night or two and then the same happen. I am now playing with 3 connectors/elbow during hte night. I have cleaned the connectors using tooth pick etc.... Thoughts? Thanks Jack RE: Noise coming from resmed f20 airtouch elbow and machine - Crimson Nape - 12-18-2021 Excessive humidity will cause noise. RE: Noise coming from resmed f20 airtouch elbow and machine - Sleeprider - 12-18-2021 Not sure if you're talking about the air outlet adapter from the humidifier or a mask elbow. Here is the replaceable outlet adapter. https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/ResMed+AirSense+10+Air+Outlet+Adapter+Replacement/137049 RE: Noise coming from resmed f20 airtouch elbow and machine - barberjp - 12-18-2021 (12-18-2021, 09:35 AM)Crimson Nape Wrote: Excessive humidity will cause noise. Thanks for the help Speaking about the mask elbow/connector. The noise was stopped when I used a new connector. |
