Rules clarification - December 2021 - SuperSleeper - 12-30-2021
The Apnea Board staff have decided to make a very slight update to our Forum Rules - a change that simply clarifies our already-existing rules & policies. The prior verbiage wasn't quite as clear as we intended.
There are two basic revisions - 1) an update of Rule #3, and 2) the addition of links to policy clarifications at the bottom of the rules.
Rule #3 now reads:

No member may use their forum account to offer, mediate or solicit the sale, trade, or transfer of any prescription-required items (such as CPAP machines, CPAP humidifiers, CPAP masks, CPAP hoses or the individual parts that make up such items).* Offering, mediating, soliciting or facilitating the sale, trade, or transfer of commercially-sold or pirated computer software packages or digital media is also prohibited. Members using a forum account for promoting spam of any kind will be banned.
and this section was added to the bottom of the rules:

The rules are not changing - this is simply additional verbiage for clarification. These updates are now in effect have been added to the Forum Rules and the Registration Agreement.
