Using S4S mouth piece - shitagidorobu - 01-28-2022 Been a snorer for years but want to finally make a real crack at sorting it out. Ok, I saw a dentist who recommended building up the bottom part of my s4s mouthpiece device (think he said it would support the device or my mouth or something -cost £350. He wasn't a S4S dentist (from website) but snore specialist. He did say it fitted fine and I should use at the minimum setting. I called S4S and they didn't know exactly what he meant. Considering dentists rip people off. S4S recommended downloading a snore app on phone and recording my sleep without device then doing one week with device without adjusting it for a week then one complete turn of key and one more week. Using snore app and compare. I'll do this first. I do suffer from blocked nose so don't know how effective this will be but I'll give it a go. The dentist I saw also recommended to stop using a steroid nose spray (for my blocked nose) as it effects your gland which filters out bad chemicals from food and recommended his therapist who prescribes- X clear. I googled X Clear and it's available on Amazon so dunno what he's on about. Any opinions, I'm just starting with trying get rid of this |
