Please take a look at the links in my signature. Also, reading the threads of others here, will provide an insight as to understanding OSCAR. At the start it looks like a bunch of numbers and graphs, which it is, but as time goes on they start to make sense. You are off to a good start. You are asking questions! The next step is to post a screenshot (taken by using the F12 key in OSCAR) of your Daily screen. This will allow others to offer suggestions to improve your therapy. At the same time, it provides you with the knowledge to analyze your own charts. Soon, you will be helping others.
When you are ready to start posting your data, create your own thread for your therapy. This will keep all your history of your successes and failures monitored in one place.
One thing about CPAP therapy, one size does NOT fit all.
