shake proof humidifier for CPAP - runcyclexcski - 02-13-2022

Hi all --

May I ask if anyone has come across a CPAP humidifier design that would be resistant to strong shaking and Gs (e.g. when used on a plane, on a train, in a moving RV, in a car etc). I've got a regular F&P humidifier in which the air is blown over a heated water surface. In a stationary setting it works fine, but I would not place it on a non-stationary surface. I wonder if there are special designs that would prevent the water from being blown into the output tube if the humidifier was on a moving surface. Ideally, the humidifier would be resistant to flipping. I am familiar with Permapure Nafion humidifiers, but these are not rated for medical use (they are used for energy cells).

Thank you in advance!
