Airsense 10 exchange - arkay95 - 03-02-2022 Hi guys, this may be a little far fetched thing. But I had returned my Resmed airsense 10 because it was not working properly and asked for an exchange under warranty. I received the new resmed within a couple of days (while there is a airsense shortage) and there was already a filter inside which I had left in there I’m pretty sure. Do you guys think they wouldve just sent me the same machine? AK RE: Airsense 10 exchange - PollCat - 03-02-2022 They only way to be sure would have been to record the serial number from your old machine and compare to the number on the new one. But having said that they could have switched the manufacturers plate too. So unless you put a mark on the old machine someplace inconspicuous there is no way to be certain. Though reasonable there is no reason a legitimate company would stoop to such practices. RE: Airsense 10 exchange - Jeff8356 - 03-02-2022 IIRC, my AS10 came with a filter in it already. I bought mine new out of pocket from Supplier #1. If you are using OSCAR you should be able to see the S/N of the machines on the statistics page. Compare them to see if it is the same machine. RE: Airsense 10 exchange - Sleeprider - 03-02-2022 How many hours on the replacement machine? If you load the data into Oscar, it will combine your data if the machine serial number is the same, but if it is different there will be two machines in the data. RE: Airsense 10 exchange - Big Guy - 03-02-2022 When I was presented with my new ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet, it had an air filter in it as well as a memory card. RE: Airsense 10 exchange - Deborah K. - 03-02-2022 Yep, my new ResMed came with a filter in place. I wouldn't worry about it. |
