Align AirSense11 and Wellue ring times - PSlebow - 05-21-2022 I know this has been discussed earlier but it is not clear from those discussions what the procedure would be to align the data from the Wellue O2 ring sensor and OSCAR data from my AirSense11 The Wellue has worked flawlessly now for several months. I charge every morning. Very easy to download to iPhone via bluetooth and upload to a folder on Dropbox. Also easy to import that data to OSCAR through the "data" menu. For some reason the OSCAR data is about an hour out of sync with the O2 data. That is, the OSCAR data starts at the beginning of the chart while the O2 data starts around an hour later. In use I usually put the ring on before using the Resmed. The displayed ring time is correct. I can clearly see O2 drops in the situation where the mask has come off at night, but those drops appear about an hour AFTER the mask came off. (see attached screenshot) I don't know if this is a time zone issue. I don't know what the ramifications of "deleting" Resmed data is if a timezone change is needed. Is there a recommended procedure to align? Thanks! Paul RE: Align AirSense11 and Wellue ring times - Crimson Nape - 05-21-2022 The actual time you slept really isn't that important unless you are near or crossed the noon day change. Eight hours is eight hours, regardless if you started at 9PM or 11PM. Here are the steps to align the oximeter to the CPAP's time:
Remember, the oximeter's critical file name is a 14 character (minimum) file length. It is made up by combining the Year, Month, Day, hour, minute and second - YYYYMMDDhhmmss. Using May 21, 2022, at 11:15:30PM as the start time, the file name would look like this, "20220521231530". Having "SleepU_" or "O2Ring_" prefix is not necessory. - Red RE: Align AirSense11 and Wellue ring times - PSlebow - 05-22-2022 That did it. Don't know why the AirSense is an hour off - I guess it didn't switch to daylight time. Would think that such a sophisticated device would know how to tell time! Best - Paul |
