Phillips and Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV Equivalent Settings - toddster - 06-06-2022

I am replacing my Phillips ASV with RESMED and would like your suggestion/recommendation as to what the RESMED equivalent settings should be.

Phillips current settings are:
Preheat off
Ramp 9.0
Flex 2
Provider mode
Therapy
Opti mode off
Pres 25
Epap 18
Epap 9
PS 6
PS 4
BPM 8
Ti 1.2
Comfort QA,2,3,Off,0,5.0,biflex, flex 2,15H, off, off, off
Device AHI on,A on

Thanking you in advance,

Those are not conventional settings for treatment of CSA. I recommend simply following the Resmed titration recommendation and starting over with AutoASV settings starting at EPAP min 5.0, EPAP max 15.0, PS min 3.0, PS max 15.0.  The Resmed is far more automated and while you may find you need a higher minimum EPAP for treatment of obstructive apnea, the algorithm works best when given plenty of room to move.  If you are not treating CSA, we need to know what's going on. There are only 4 settings on the Resmed ASV, and PS min and max must be separated by 5 or more cm, so we cannot duplicate the Philips, and the closest settings are EPAP min 9.0, EPAP max 18.0, PS min 4.0, PS max 9.0.
