Is my Cpap Not working correclty? - chad10splayer - 07-31-2022 I have a resmed air sense 10. I've used both a full mask and no only. Air only blows in when my when I breath in. If I'm not taking a breath the air has little to no pressure. Is this normal? Chad RE: Is my Cpap Not working correclty? - Sleeprider - 07-31-2022 The CPAP does exactly what the name says. It maintains constant pressure. Flow is only provided for respiration and leaks (intentional and non-intentional). If you pull the mask away from your face, there will be a rush of flow as the machine attempts to maintain pressure. I may seem like there is no flow but your full face mask flows nearly 30 L/min, even with a good fit. |
