More specifically these: Resmed 62739 Quattro Air/Air Fit F10 Cushion, Large.

Been driving myself crazy trying to find a compatible elbow for these that connects the mask to the tube. No luck.

Normally, ResMed includes the elbow with the mask.
There are lots of online stores that provide elbows separately. Search for "ResMed quattro elbow" to find possible ones. Or check the various sellers on the ApneaBoard Supplier list. For example, Supplier #1 has elbows.
