Is it ok to buy Refurbished CPAP machine? Rent - ketanerp - 09-20-2022 Hi, I am going to buy Refurbished ResMed S10 AirSense Autoset CPAP from Supplier #2 DME Link Removed Is it ok to buy refurbished machine ? I am going to use first time. my PAHI is 8.7 and PRDI is 16.6. I have Mild to moderate Obstructive sleep apena. Will it be outdated technology/Software ? Is it good idea to buy from above website ? Also, another approach is I am renting the CPAP. DME link Removed (See TheCpapBox website.) for 3-4 month and buy the Mask from outside and give the trial. If it resolve my sleep problem then I buy the Air Sense 11. will this make sense ? Sorry if I feel stupid. but I do not want to go insurance route. they will take a lots of time. I want to buy it from my pockets. -----

RE: Is it ok to buy Refurbished CPAP machine? Rent - pholynyk - 09-20-2022 Secondwind is Supplier #2 on our supplier list (in the black menu bar at the top) and is well regarded by many members. The technology in the AirSense 10 is not appreciably different from the AirSense 11, so no worries there. Older AS10 may have CDMA or 3G cell modems, but you won't have insurance monitoring your usage, so it shouldn't matter. Thecpapbox is unknown to me, and not on out suppliers list. |
