Whats your average AHI on xPAP - zonk - 03-12-2012
This is a poll to determine Apnea Board members AHI average once being treated.

in the last 7 days as high as 10.5 and as low as 3.2, average just under 7. i have 2 old masks, using then alternately watching the numbers trying to decide which one to get cushions for.

As of yesterday from Sleepyhead, my average AHI for the past year is .15

I can't seem to get my AHI much below 1.5.. averaging about 1.8 or so lately, so I voted for 2.0.
Whatever you're doing, Kevin, keep doing it!

My average for both the last 7 days and the last 30 days is about 1.3. I think I can get it lower, as it's decreased significantly each month. I've had over four months of therapy.
During the first month it was 7.2.
The 2nd month it was 4.0.
The 3rd month it was 2.7

I average about 1.5 which is considerably better than the 87 I had before treatment!

According to Sleepyhead 0.54 average AHI since I started therapy on 9/30/2011. Happy with the numbers, but so far I haven't seen any significant burst of energy improvement, memory gains, etc. I'm not as tired in the afternoons as before and don't snore anymore, but hoping that I'll see more benefits as time goes on.

Since I started cpap I have not had more than 4 events for the entire night. I averaged 22 per hour during my sleep study. My average per hour according to SleepyHead is under 0.3. No complaints here.
