Unplugging Airsense 11 causes time zone changes - vicky sung - 10-05-2022
I have been using Airsense 11 for several days and my time zone setting is GMT +8.
But every time I unplug the Airsense 11, the time zone setting returns to the original factory setting.
Is this normal ?

My AS11 is set to the wrong time zone but it won't let me change it.
I get an error "time zone cannot be changed while there is saved therapy data".
So it seems weird that yours changes when unplugged.

You could change the time zone after Erase Data.
Because the new time zone will conflict with the old records, AS11 does not allow you to change the time zone

So is yours not holding any data?

It sounds to me like the internal clock/calendar battery is defective, and the machine should be returned for service or replacement.

I unplug mine a few times a week. I have not seen that occur.
