Does anyone have any info on the Resmed price hikes? Are they permanent?
Earlier this year I was paying $15-17 for replacement headgear and $28-35 for mask cushions. Now every where is $34 for head gear and $57 for mask cushion...
The margins they make on supplies have to be ridiculous at this point! What can we do?

My DME just charged my insurance $85 for an f30 cushion, I see them online for $45-60 (even that feels crazy).
The system is broken.

DME's have always had the market cornered when it came to medical insurance claims. They'll likely get about $25 or $30 for that cushion. They are experiencing supply chain issues which is driving up the cost, but they are perfectly capable of taking advantage of the situation to raise to their profits.

It was only a couple years ago a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset could be easily obtained for less than $500.

Some places want $9 for a 1x2 inch filter material you can see through and would only stop the occasional crawling spider from entering your machine.
