I've always been plagued with this annoying pop-up when I first start the Oximeter Wizard in SH
I only have one user, so I don't understand what it's telling me.

I tried changing the 'user' name to my name on the device, and it still got confused... Probably best to allow 'user' without complaint! Only a few models actually allowed multiple users anyway, AFAIK.
