AirCurve 10 ASV settings - Equivalent settings for AirCurve 10 VAUTO - Shadowpup - 11-18-2022
I am setting up a VAUTO as a backup for my ASV. Given the ASV settings, what should the VAUTO settings be?
ASV results last six months : AHI 0.03, Pave 16.43, Pmin 12.00, Pmax 25.00, 95%P 20.06, aveEPAP 12.23, minEPAP 12.00, maxEPAP 15.00.
ASV settings: minEPAP 12.0, maxIPAP 28.0, PS 3.0-13.0.
VAUTO settings I have put in the machine: maxIPAP 25.0, minEPAP 12.0, PS 4.0, Ti Max 2.0s, Ti Min 0.3s, Trigger Med, Cycle Med.
Brief trial of the VAUTO seems like it is very gentle compared to the ASV.
Recommendations for VAUTO settings please.
