Tracking apnea events - prettytired - 11-24-2022 I'm interested in being able to track my apnea events every night without having to do the full sleep test or necessarily have a CPAP machine on. This would allow me to test things like a soft cervical collar as I suspect that chin tuck is at least oneĀ cause of my sleepĀ apnea. Does anyone know of a nice way to track sleep apnea every night? RE: Tracking apnea events - Sleepster - 11-24-2022 If such a way existed there'd be no need for sleep studies. The only thing I can think of is using an oximeter that records data. RE: Tracking apnea events - prettytired - 11-27-2022 Yeah an oximeter would be a good start. Does anyone know of a comfortable wireless oximeter that logs data? RE: Tracking apnea events - Jeff8356 - 11-27-2022 The Wellue O2 Ring has no wires while wearing it. It does have a cable to charge it. Might be what you are looking for... RE: Tracking apnea events - prettytired - 11-28-2022 Sweet that does seem to be what I'm looking for. Now just need to get an idea of how accurate it is. There seen to be a few posts on here about it. Thanks |
