Please review OSCAR data - Jay2 - 12-05-2022 Hello! I have been using a Resmed Airfit N20 nasal mask for the past 6 months. I am averaging 5 hours a night with it, but I would like to improve this to >7 hours. I find myself consistently waking up after 5-6 hours of usage and I usually don't feel well rested. Before using the N20, I was using the Resmed Airfit F30 full face mask but I was struggling to get usage over 4 hours with it. I found myself removing the mask at night due to discomfort and dry mouth. I currently mouth tape with the N20 and found that problem has improved. I appreciate if you have any feedback based on my data that OSCAR is providing. Thank you! RE: Please review OSCAR data - Lucid - 12-05-2022 Hi, Jay2 I'm not sure if this is relevant to your waking up early, but you'll benefit if you can wean yourself of Ramp. That's 45 minutes without adequate treatment right there. Good work on mouth taping! It's still worth further efforts to eliminate leaks.
