This may be as simple as removing all but one pillow from under your head, to using a soft cervical collar to keep your airway straighter. I think you should go ahead and increase minimum pressure to 9.0, maximum 14.0 with EPR full-time at 3. Read our wiki on hte soft cervical collar and positional apnea linked in my signature.
