Pressure going for central apnea?? - Ivy woods - 02-24-2023

Best sleep in months after change in pressure 4-9 apap full epr.  Oscar shows large rise in pressure for 1 central apnea.  Blue arrow.  This can’t be right?  It seems to have prevented any other apneas so all good i guess.

Cant complain.  He slept 8 hrs total, only up once at 12:15.  He took 3mg melatonin before bed and 3mg after 1st & only time up.  Clearly he went into a deeper sleep after 2nd melatonin. He’s on beta blocker that is known to lower ones natural melatonin.

Does anyone else use melatonin?

I took some Melatonin last night when I awoke at 3:10 AM for a doggie digestive emergency. Nuf said about that.

His results of course remain awful! Please try to expedite ASV titration. Are you interested in trying lower EPR with low pressure? It might help, but we really need to get an oximeter on this guy to see what impact this very high AHI has. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php?title=Pulse_oximeters

Can you grab a zoomed screenshot of the CSR and central apena events. Anything from 3 to 10 minutes should show what I want to know.
