Somnetics Transcend II Travel CPAP clinician password - lesray1 - 03-14-2012

I have a new Somnetics Transcend II Travel CPAP. It is set up at one pressure. It connects to computer and then program on computer allows you to see manual, statistics, etc. However, in order to make any pressure or ramp change via clinician set-up, you must have a clinician password. I ordered this machine on internet, and now it seems I have to send it back to them to change set-up? I want to be able to change settings, as I do now for my ResMed. Suggestions?

Informational update from Admin: The Clinician software password is "juniper", as per this post.

ADMIN NOTE: For the Somnetics Software for the Transcend CPAP System, go to THIS THREAD in our Private Files & Links Forum [login required].

Have you considered contacting Somnetics? It is not illegal for an end-user to access their own machine. Can you contact the online entity from which you acquired the unit? Since you purchased it outright, they might provide the information you need. Or is there a Somnetics Transcend forum you can contact? Or another user? Sorry, but with the information you gave, there is very little else I can think of to suggest.

Glad it worked out. Let us know how you like your machine. I was unfamiliar with it prior to your post.
