So I was struggling to get my p10 to connect to my cpap hose. If you look at the end of the p10s hose there's this little clear hard plastic tube connector looking thing looks like it has a QR code on it. That actually fell out did I break the mask? I noticed it will still fit in the cpap tube without that piece and seems to work but idk if that is safe since I imagine that connector piece was there for a reason. Thanks

I see nothing on my P10 that looks like your description. Maybe a picture would help.

If the connector separated from the tube, it can be reinserted. It is just a compression fit and you will hear it snap when you line it up and push it together.

Either it takes vice grip strength to do that or I broke something. I'll try and send a picture when. I get home
