Why does my Oscar reporting start at a wrong time ? - Albatros - 04-12-2023 It starts before the real time by 30 to 60 minutes. Thank you RE: Why does my Oscar reporting start at a wrong time ? - snoozingswede - 04-12-2023 It could be the time zone changes? See these threads. https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-HELP-Summertime-exposes-a-big-bug-in-OSCAR http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-Airsense-11-Time-Zone-Change RE: Why does my Oscar reporting start at a wrong time ? - Albatros - 04-13-2023 Thank you. It is related to the GMT's. It gets even more subtle. I dug around and found that: - before March 25: my PC was at GMT+1 and so was the machine. GMT+1 for both. I had then the correct Oscar start time. But the reporting time of Oscar was wrong by + 1 hour. -after March 25: machine at GMT+1 and PC at GMT+2 I had then Start time Oscar = Reporting time Oscar. Both were wrong. RE: Why does my Oscar reporting start at a wrong time ? - pholynyk - 04-14-2023 I think it is important to recognise that (I think) the ResMed doctors/researchers done care when you sleep, they only want to know how long. All the indices are based on number of hours of mask time. Of course that's a problem for synchronising a time sync'ed device like many oximeters... It is an on-going concern of the OSCAR developers, and we hope to create a solution at some point. RE: Why does my Oscar reporting start at a wrong time ? - Albatros - 04-15-2023 Thank you |
