Long Time CPAP User, Low AHI but Still Feel Tired - jimato - 04-24-2023 I've been using CPAP therapy for over 18 years now, but I've just started using OSCAR and I'm trying to understand what it's telling me. I have low AHI's but I frequently wake up a few times a night and still feel slightly tired. Not as much as I did prior to CPAP treatment, but still a little bit. I was wondering if someone could take a look at the past few nights of data and provide any insight or suggestions on what's going on and if there are any recommendations. Thanks in advance. |
