Polar H10 CSV import - belnova - 04-26-2023

Hi everyone, first time poster. I've been gearing up to finally give my CPAP journey another go (after a failed attempt 3 years ago). The local medical professionals have no incentive (apparently) to provide clear guidance, so i've started my own research, and your community has been instrumental so far. Got the O2 ring, the dreem headband, but looking to integrate the gold standard in HR tracking, my polar H10. For now i'm just using the H10 -> polar beat -> polar flow web environment and planning to overlay it with OSCAR.

Long story short, is there any way to import the CSV data (exportable in Polar Flow) into OSCAR? Has anyone ever tried it, or is the general consensus that the HR tracking of the O2 ring is plenty accurate?

Once my resmed 10 gets delivered i'll undoubtably be back in the assistance section of your amazing community

Thanks

Hi belnova! - Welcome
The short answer is, no. OSCAR needs to know the column parameter type, as well as the sampling interval, to make the data display correctly. If you know C++ coding, you can download OSCAR's source code and develop a loader for your device.

That's the best I can offer.
