Oscar cannot read ResMed 10 SD Card - gsf1 - 04-27-2023

I have a Mac and was able to successfully download Oscar but for some reasonĀ it cannot read my SD card.

Any suggestions how to work around this?

Any help is appreciated!

Yes. The latest Mac update requires you to allow a remote attached device permission to be used by an app. A Mac user hopefully will be along to advise just how you do this. I'm Mac challenged!

gsf1,

If it is a newer Mac running Ventura then have a look at these two links:
https://developer.apple.com/documentation/macos-release-notes/macos-13-release-notes
https://appleinsider.com/inside/macos-ventura/tips/how-to-manage-thunderbolt-usb-security-in-macos-ventura

Check those settings and see if the SD card appears in Finder in the left pane.
