Hi everyone!
So I've been using CPAP for a while now, and lately I've been sleeping longer with it, but still not feeling great. I have noticed a small improvement, but my API is also consistently low, so I'm really confused as to why I constantly feel like I haven't gotten a good nights sleep and have those dreaded morning headaches.
I've had a bunch of blood work done etc and besides my sleep I eat pretty healthy and exercise so not sure what it could be. Was hoping some lovely experts on this forum could maybe have a look at my data and give me some advice as to what might be going on, or what I could improve.
