Quick OSCAR Question re Custom Event Flagging - AndyB - 06-05-2023

A quick OSCAR question: is there a way in OSCAR to flag palatal prolapse events? I know one can create custom event flags under "File > Preferences > CPAP > Custom CPAP User Event Flagging", but it appears one can specify only levels of flow restriction and event duration.

Do any of you OSCAR experts out there know how (if it's possible) to flag palatal prolapse events in OSCAR?

Many thanks,
AndyB

Not that I'm aware of. What exact signature does a palatal prolapse event have?
- Red

PS: I moved your thread to the Software Support Forum, too.

No.

The signature you are looking for is a normal inhale followed by an exhale with virtually no breath. Looks very similar to expiratory mouth breathing in a nasal mask.

The custom only looks at the inhale.

Gideon -- thank you. I suspected that was the answer, but I appreciate your expert confirmation.
