My ResMed 10 died and I am getting a new ResMed 11 my 10 had a side cover to replace the water chamber since I don’t don’t use it . Is the water chamber side cover in the 10 fit in the ResMed 11.

No. The form factor on the 11 is different from the 10 and you will to buy one that is specific to the 11.
