Ozempic and increased hypopneas - arpegio - 06-11-2023

I recently started Ozempic for Type II diabetes.  My AHIs have been well under 5 and more generally around 2.5.  Since starting injecting Ozempic (semiglutide) my AHI has jumped to above 8 and sometimes 10.  Most is explained by an increase in the number of hypopneas.
Does anyone have a similar experience and been able to do something about it?
The literature on side effects of Ozempic mentions possible trouble breathing but it doesn't elaborate.  More common is that Ozempic reduces sleep apnea due to a decrease in body weight.
Any insights?
Thanks.

Charts please.

I've recently started Triplicity, a similar med have seen only normal AHI levels

My guess is the medication and increase in events is unrelated. Try increasing minimum pressure and see if that helps. With the Dreamstation, there are very limited options.
